Culture
ActivElement's work culture is one of constant improvement. If you love playing with new technology, languages and methods then this is the place for you. We know how creative people like to work and offer a conducive, relaxed environment. The only thing we care about is customer satisfaction and great design/code (depending on your forte).
We try very hard to stay on the bleeding-edge of technology and that requires vigilance and a thirst for knowledge. Come prepared with an OPML file for your interview, if you don't know what that is maybe ActivElement isn't the place for you.
Platforms & Languages
Be prepared to learn a new platform or language at the drop of a hat. If something new and cool hits the web we want to be a part of it. We are technophiles and geeks and believe in learning through experimentation just as much as through reference.
Qualifications
Our view on certifications and degrees is they are nice to have but are not a requirement. If you've got the skills and the experience to back yourself up we're very happy to hire you. We believe that your education is never over and that a degree or certification says nothing about your ability in the real-world.
Work Timings
Everybody needs downtime and ActivElement believes it is necessary to lead a well-balanced life. You get the full weekend off (Saturday and Sunday in India and the US, Thursday and Friday in Muscat).
